Hands On Courses

Our hands-on educational courses can be delivered via online secure virtual training or can be conducted onsite. All of our courses are taught based on years of hands-on experience and are focused on one of these clinical or management areas:

QA Tools - Work with QA tools like the Ishikawa diagram or Pareto charts to plot your organization's actual data against the latest quality standards. Participants will leave classes with the enhanced skills needed for day-to-day quality monitoring.

Infection Control & Prevention Safety - Learn about topics ranging from catheter-associated infections (blood & urine), Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP), Surgical Site Infections (SSI), COVID 19 preparedness and mitigation, Clostridioides difficile infection, and Multi-drug resistant organism infection.

• 2 day | 3 day | 5 day | 3 month | 6 month programs
• All programs can include a pre-test & post-test to determine the level of knowledge gained.
• All can include small group & individual exercises to ensure demonstration and application of new processes and skills taught during the lectures.
• A final Capstone project can be added to have participants apply their learnings to a given identified organizational issue requiring change or improvement.
